Under state law the City of Needles needs to respond to the request of documents within 10 days. With that we need to have some contact information to be able to do that. Please follow the instructions below to request the document(s) of your choice.
To request information on any document, please email the City Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can download a Document Request Form here, fill it out and attach it to an email to the above address. If you are not able to download, follow the below instructions.
Please include your name, address, phone number and email address. Also, please include a full description of the type of document you are requesting, along with their date(s), if applicable.
