Only “Official” plans and specifications can be used for bidding purposes unless indicated differently in the advertisement and are “ONLY” available at the City of Needles, 817 Third Street, Needles, California.

Each bid must be submitted on a bid proposal furnished by the City, it must conform and be responsive to all the contract documents and bids will be accepted only from bidders who have obtained Plans and Specifications from the City of Needles and are registered with the City as a Plan Holder.
